These terms apply to the app, local features, exports, and links presented inside the app.

Purpose of the app

Workplace Evidence Log is a private record tool for saving workplace records, factual details, attachments, related context, data export packages, and local evidence reports.

The app is not a law firm, attorney, legal service, medical service, crisis service, or workplace reporting authority.

No legal advice

The app does not provide legal advice and does not create an attorney-client relationship.

Legal standards, reporting deadlines, recording rules, and evidence requirements differ by country, state, employer, and situation. You are responsible for getting advice from a qualified professional when needed.

Your records and responsibilities

You are responsible for the records, descriptions, attachments, exports, and other content you create, save, edit, share, or delete.

Use the app only for lawful purposes. Do not use it to fabricate evidence, harass others, violate workplace policies, secretly record where unlawful, or share another person's information without an appropriate basis.

AI and automated suggestions

AI and Quick Review features are optional assistance for organizing details that may already appear in your records.

Automated suggestions may be incomplete, inaccurate, or not legally relevant. You must review and decide whether to use, edit, or ignore any suggestion.

External links

The app may link to external legal resources, videos, discussions, websites, or support pages. External resources are provided for convenience only.

We do not control external content, and links do not mean endorsement, legal advice, or a recommendation to rely on a specific resource.

Subscriptions and purchases

Premium purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple through the App Store and StoreKit. Apple handles billing, cancellation, refunds, and payment information according to Apple's terms.

Paid features may depend on successful App Store verification. Free-tier limits may apply unless premium status is verified. The free ZIP data export remains available for locally saved data.

No warranty and limitation of liability

The app is provided as is and as available. We do not guarantee that records, suggestions, exports, links, or legal resources will meet your needs or produce any legal, workplace, or financial outcome.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or lost-data damages arising from use of the app.
