Informational use only
The app provides general pregnancy information, country-specific planning guidance for the care countries available in your installed version, task organization, glossary terms, communication templates, and resource links.
The content may not reflect every user's personal situation, local provider process, insurance status, or latest official requirement.
No medical, legal, or insurance advice
Pregvia does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, emergency support, legal advice, insurance advice, or official eligibility decisions.
Always confirm medical questions with a doctor, midwife, clinic, or qualified healthcare provider. Confirm legal, employer, insurance, benefit, and registration questions with the relevant official provider or authority.
Subscriptions and free trials
Premium subscriptions, free trials, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled by Apple through StoreKit and the App Store.
Prices and trial availability are shown by Apple before purchase. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in App Store settings.
Relationship to Apple's Standard EULA
These Terms of Use provide app-specific rules and information. They supplement and do not replace Apple's Standard End User License Agreement, which applies to the app unless a custom end user license agreement is provided through the App Store.

Local data and exports
You are responsible for reviewing, saving, exporting, sharing, or deleting your own local records. Exported PDF or CSV files may contain pregnancy or health-related information.
After you share an exported file, the receiving app, service, person, clinic, insurer, or storage provider controls that copy.

Official resources, hospital pages, insurer pages, and other external links may change without notice.
Links are provided for orientation and do not mean that Pregvia controls, endorses, or guarantees the external content.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the app, attempt to interfere with its operation, copy or redistribute app content as a competing service, or use the app for unlawful purposes.
Changes to the app or terms
Features, content, prices, subscription availability, and these terms may change over time. Material changes will be reflected in app updates or this website where appropriate.
